How it runs?
THE TERMS
You work on outcomes and milestones, not hours logged. Fair pay, negotiated per engagement. If scope shifts on your side, a new number lands before anything burns.
THE SHAPES
Typical shapes: Build (3–5 months), Scale (4–8 months), Advise (single sessions). Engagements end when the work is done. We don't sell retainers.
